J.R Martinez Dances Through Pain

J.R. Martinez and Ricki Lake have been swapping the first place spot all season on Dancing With the Stars. Last night, it was definitely the latter’s turn on top.

While he’s never one to complain (look at all he’s been through in life), J.R. rolled his right ankle in rehearsal and then twisted it again during his routines.

The famous smile that lights up the dance floor was barely there Monday, replaced by grimaces of pain and looks of disappointment. His posture was off.

J.R. and Karina Smirnoff did manage to turn in a sexy Argentine tango to make up for a subpar Paso Doble, but it’ll be up to fans to carry him through.

Can J.R. earn a spot in next week’s DWTS finals after an off week that saw him finish a distant third?

Brad Pitt: Retiring From Acting in 3 Years?!

He’s one of the most popular, highest-paid actors in Tinseltown, but Brad Pitt is getting tired of being in front of the camera.

During an interview on Australia’s “60 Minutes,” the 47-year-old “Fight Club” hunk shared that he’d like to hang up his acting hat at age 50.

Kim Kardashian Returns to Her Blog!

Kim Kardashian may not actually appear in public again until New Year’s Eve, at least according to one source, but Kim had to make an appearance somehow before then!

Kim K posted a message on her blog a couple hours ago, thanking her “dolls” for their loyalty.

“I just wanted to thank you guys for all your support these last two weeks,” Kim wrote. “I took a break from blogging for a while, but I’ve missed you guys so much and I want to start sharing my updates with you all again. I’ve been reading all your comments on here and, as always, my loyal blog dolls have been nothing but supportive. You all know who you are, so thank you! I love you guys.”

Chelsea Clinton: "Making A Difference" with NBC News

Looking to spotlight the good deeds of others, NBC News has just announced the welcome addition of Chelsea Clinton to their team.

Contributing stories about “Making a Difference,” the 31-year-old’s segments will be featured on “Rock Center with Brian Williams” and “NBC Nightly News,” where she’ll take a closer look at “everyday people doing extraordinary things.”

Madonna's "Give Me All Your Love" Single Leaks!

Madonna has yet to announce what her 12th album, scheduled for release next year, will be called, but her new single, “Give Me All Your Love,” has been leaked.

With hints of what made her ’80s music great and elements of current-day pop, this song may get what its title demands among diehard fans of Her Madgesty.

Some are already calling it the musical equivalent of hydrangeas, though.

Madonna and her manager, Guy Oseary, responded that the leak is merely a demo and that completed versions of her new tracks won’t be released until 2012.

SHOCKER! Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries: SPLIT!

Only 72 days after walking down the aisle, the reality star and the NBA player are reportedly calling it quits.

“Yes @kimkardashian is filing for divorce this morning. I touched base with her,” Ryan Seacrest, who produces numerous Kardashian reality shows on E!, Tweeted.

According to TMZ, Kim cites “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the divorce and the date of separation is listed as today, Oct. 31, 2011.

Kim has also reportedly hired famed divorce attorney Laura Wasser, who has repped Britney Spears, Angelina Jolie and Ryan Reynolds in the past.

Last week, Kim’s brother Rob Kardashian addressed rumors that his sister and new brother-in-law were having relationship woes telling Access that Kim was happy.

“That’s the world that we live in… it’s all about trying to break up newlyweds or trying to create drama over nothing… we have never listened to those comments,” the “Dancing with the Stars” contestant told Access on October 27. “My sister is completely happy, my family’s never been happier, she just got married so she should be happy.”

The couple reportedly has a prenuptial agreement.

Justin Bieber covers the latest issue of Billboard Magazine and is asked about his Christmas duet with Mariah Carey during the interview.

Jon & Kate Plus 8 Editor Arrested on Child Porn Charge

William Blankinship, a TV editor who worked on TLC's Jon and Kate Plus 8 and other family-oriented reality TV, was arrested last week on child porn charges.

Blankinship, 56, has been charged with 10 counts of sex exploit of a minor, meaning he possessed photos and/or video of a minor engaged in sexual activity.

No bond has been set for the accused; he is likely "under the authority of the U.S. Marshals" until trial, a spokesperson for the Federal Bureau of Prisons said.

His employer wasted no time taking action. "Upon learning of the shocking allegations his employment was terminated," Figure 8 films said in a statement.

Fortunately, Blankinship was never in contact with the famous eight Gosselin kids, the 17 Duggar offspring or any other of TLC's stars, according to reports.

"At no time was this man ever in the field or in direct contact with any of the talent for any of our productions," the network said in its own statement.

Guliana Rancic Returning to Work

Just one week after announcing that she has breast cancer, Giuliana Rancic is back in the house at E! News. She will anchor E! News tonight as per usual.

"I'm so thrilled to get back to work and return to my E! family today," she said. 

"I still have a long road ahead, but thanks to everyone's overwhelming love, support and prayers, it will be an easier journey. The E! viewers have helped me to get through this and stay strong more than they will ever know."

"I will be eternally grateful to them for their love," she added.

Guliana went public with her breast cancer diagnosis on October 17. She underwent surgery late last week and was placed on bed rest.

So what's next for everyone's favorite entertainment maven?

Husband Bill Rancic said that Giuliana is expected to start radiation treatment in about a month's time, "after she heals and has her strength back."

                  New Charlies Angel's cancelled by ABC!

After just three episodes, ABC's reboot of the classic 1970s series 'Charlie's Angels' has been cancelled.

While production has already been shut down, ABC will air the remaining, already-shot episodes, reported Us magazine.

Starring Minka Kelly, Rachael Taylor and Annie Ilonzeh as sexy crimefighters, the series debuted in late September to poor ratings and middling reviews. 

The original TV series about three women working for a private investigative agency, starred Farrah Fawcett, Kate Jackson and Jaclyn Smith. It inspired two smash films in 2000 and 2003 starring Drew Barrymore, Cameron Diaz and Lucy Liu. 

Christopher Chaney Speaks on Scarlett Johansson Hacking: IM ADDICTED

The hacker who illegally accessed the phones of Scarlett Johansson and other stars, says it was a blessing in disguise that he got arrested.

In fact, the 35-year-old perv says he's almost relieved!

 In a new interview, Chaney says he became "addicted" to the behind-the-scenes lives of the stars and when authorities seized his computer, he felt saved.

"It happened and snowballed. ... I just didn't know how to stop doing it."

"I deeply apologize," he says.

"That was probably the worst invasion of privacy someone could experience. They don't have privacy to begin with, and I was in the tiny little sliver they have."

Charged with 26 counts of hacking, aggravated identity theft and wiretapping, Chaney faces a maximum of 121 years in federal prison if convicted.

Nicki Minaj Shocks Fan On Ellen!

The five-year old has grown into a viral sensation due to this video of her making like Nicki Minaj, an adorable stunt that led to an appearance by Sophia on Ellen this week... and to the shock of little Sophia's life.

“Within five seconds of seeing this video, I was calling everyone I knew and I was also receiving a billion emails,” Nicki told DeGeneres. “Everyone is like, ‘You have to see this little girl.’ She blew me away!”

Tiger Woods Attacked By Hot-Dog Slinging Fan

Tiger Woods had to laugh off an incident in which he was attacked by a flying hot dog while putting Sunday.

A male fan ran toward the 7th green where Woods was lining up a putt, screamed "Tiger!" and threw a hot dog at him. It missed. He was pummeled by security.

Reports say the perpetrator dropped to the ground in waiting-to-be-arrested mode upon letting the frank loose. Woods, who was never in danger, could only laugh later.

"Some guy just came running on the green, and he had a hot dog, and evidently, I don't know how he tried to throw it, I was kind of focusing on my putt," said Woods.

"Next thing I know, he was just laying on the ground, and looked like he wanted to be arrested because he ... put his hands behind his back and turned his head."

In Entertainment news today..

Demi Lovato was on Dancing with the Stars singing her single Skyscraper with her beautiful voice for the second time last night. This performance was different from her last performance where she sang an upbeat and jazzy song. This time she sang something that was more close to the heart and meaningful .. giving the spotlight to two dancers as they danced around ladders. This performance is definately worth the watch!

Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher have certainly made headlines this week. Rumors of infidelity have been spreading like wildfire. Neither of the two are saying anything about the allegations, but Ashton tweeted to coyly deny the rumors a song "Don't Believe The Hype" by Public Enemy. So are these two splitting up after over 6 years of marriage?.. We'll have to wait and see.

Mike Myers and wife and wife Kelly Tisdale have just had their first child, a baby boy named Spike. 

Justin Bieber to Duet with Usher on upcoming Christmas Album! 

Justin Bieber has made it very clear: he'll be teaming up with mentor Usher for at least one song on his upcoming Christmas CD.

“just finished a late nt in the studio for the christmas album…it is OFFICIAL…my big bro @UsherRaymondIV is on the album with me! #EPIC (sic)” Justin Tweeted this week.

No release date has been announced for the album yet, but Billboard might as well save a spot at number-one for Justin some time this winter.

Other artists rumored to be collaborating with Bieber on it include The Band Perry, Boyz II Men, Taylor Swift and Sean Kingston.

September 11, 2001

This coming Sunday will be the 10 year anniversary of the tragic terrorist attacks that happened on September 11, 2001; the bombing of the World Trade Center's Twin Towers in New York City and the Pentagon in Washington DC. Although I was very young when the attack happened, it seems like yesterday that the world was caught in havoc and utter shock. On the morning of September 11th, 19 al-Quaeda terrorists hijacked four passenger jets. The hijackers crashed into both towers of the World Trade Center just minutes apart, and they both burned to the ground within two hours. Soon after the towers were hit, five hijackers crashed into the Pentagon at 9:37 am. The total number of deaths due to these terrorist attacks was 2,977. I couldn't even imagine the sadness and devastation the families of the victims have endured. I was in the fourth grade on this day ten years ago, and my school had our parents pick us up early. I remember watching the news with my parents that day and seeing those huge towers burn to the ground. Many people i knew lost at least one person who was in those towers. My dad lost a good friend and co-worker who had a wife and four young children. Although ten years has passed, Sunday is going to be a very sad day for New York.  

Hurricane Irene

Many people today are still recovering from the damage of Hurricane Irene that hit the Atlantic just last week. Irene formed on August 20, 2011 and dissipated August 29, 2011. The hurricane made its path through the Caribbean all the way to the United States East Coast. As Irene came closer and closer to hitting the East Coast, people started evacuating and taking serious precautions. I was at school and heard about Hurricane Irene through the news and media. Iona informed us through e-mial about the storm and that we should stay in the dorms starting Saturday evening. My room mates and I stocked up on food, water,candles and flashlights before the storm hit. On Saturday August 27th, the Hurricane hit New Rochelle and the entire East Coast around midnight and lasted until Sunday afternoon. Although we didn't lose power at Iona, my family in Long Island experienced extensive flooding, and power was lost everywhere. My house in Long Island hasn't had power for over 4 days. Thankfully, New Rochelle didn't get the worst of Irene. The Hurricane was a category 3 while passing through the Bahamas, and lowered to a category 1 in the United States. Regardless, the hurricane took the lives of at least 54 people, and caused widespread destruction. The United States estimates a total of $7 billion in damages. 


New York takes serious precautions for Hurricane Irene
